Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Zentrum24 Academy — the online, self-paced cGMP and sterile-pharmaceutical compliance e-learning service operated by Zentrum24, LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company ("Zentrum24 Academy," "we," "us," or "our") — are billed, renewed, and cancelled, and when refunds are and are not available. It supplements our Terms of Service. Where this Policy conflicts with a signed order form or with mandatory consumer-protection law, that order form or law controls.

1. Subscription terms and pricing

• Individuals. Individual access is sold on a six-month access term at US $60 per term, presented as $10 per month, billed as $60 every six months. Payment is taken in advance for the full six-month term and grants access to the full library of 188 modules across 10 disciplines, in the 13 available languages, for the duration of the paid term.
• Organizations. Organizations purchase access on a per-seat basis under the plan, quantities, and term stated at checkout or in an order form. Each seat is a single named user (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
• Billing provider. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including automatic renewals as described below.
• Taxes. Fees are exclusive of any applicable sales, use, or value-added tax (VAT/GST), which may be added at checkout where required.

2. Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of your current term, your subscription renews automatically for another term of the same length (a further six-month term for individual access, or the renewal term stated in your order for organizations), and your payment method is charged the then-current fee. We will provide any renewal or price-change notice required by applicable law before the renewal takes effect.

3. How to cancel

You may cancel at any time from your in-app billing settings or the customer billing portal, or by contacting us at contact@zentrum24.com. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals; it is not, by itself, a request for a refund of the current term (see Sections 5 and 6).

4. What happens when you cancel

• Access continues through the paid term. When you cancel, you keep access to the courses, exams, and certificates included in your plan until the end of the term you have already paid for. We do not cut off access immediately on cancellation unless required by law or these terms.
• No further charges. After the current term ends, your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made.
• Certificates you have already earned. Completion certificates you have already been issued remain valid as records of the modules and exams you completed, subject to our Certificate & Credential Disclaimer. Continued online verification or re-download of certificates after your term ends may depend on your account status;.

5. Refunds — general position (US default)

Because Zentrum24 Academy provides immediate access to digital content, and except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated below, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial terms, unused time, or modules or exams you did not use.

As a matter of goodwill (and not as a legal obligation), we may offer a limited refund window for individual purchases: a refund if requested within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase and before substantial use of the content. The existence, length, and conditions of any goodwill window are at our discretion, must be confirmed by counsel and reflected in the product, and may be changed or withdrawn. 6. EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal and its waiver for digital content

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal allowing you to cancel certain distance contracts within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason. This right, and its important exception for digital content, work together as follows:

• The 14-day right. In principle, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract, and receive a refund of the amounts you paid, in accordance with applicable EU/EEA consumer law.
• The express-consent waiver (why the right can be lost early). Zentrum24 Academy is digital content supplied online, not on a tangible medium. Under EU consumer law, if you expressly request that access to the digital content begin immediately, during the 14-day period, and you acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal, then once access has begun the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to that content. At checkout we ask for this express consent and acknowledgment before granting immediate access;.
• If access has not yet begun. If you have not yet started accessing the content and you are still within the 14-day period, you may withdraw and receive a refund as described above, using the contact details in Section 8.

Nothing in this Policy removes or limits any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at contact@zentrum24.com so we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution, and we reserve the right to contest disputes we believe are unwarranted, subject to your rights under applicable law.
