Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs your use of Zentrum24 Academy, the online, self-paced cGMP and sterile-pharmaceutical compliance e-learning service operated by Zentrum24, LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company. It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in the consequences described in Section 6.

1. General expectations

You and, for organizations, each of your authorized users must use Zentrum24 Academy only for its intended purpose — completing and administering compliance training — and only in a lawful manner consistent with these terms.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe any third party's rights;
• upload, store, or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious material, or any virus or harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems, or to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or circumvent authentication, rate-limiting, or access controls;
• use automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers, or harvesting scripts) to access, copy, index, or download the course library, exam questions, or any other content, except through functionality we expressly provide;
• reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the curriculum or any course content, except as expressly permitted; or
• use the Service to develop, train, or benchmark a competing product or dataset.

3. Accounts, seats, and sharing

• One account per person. Accounts are for a single, named individual. A single-seat subscription may be used by one person only. Sharing login credentials, or allowing more than one person to use a single seat, is prohibited.
• Organization seats. For organizations, each purchased seat corresponds to one named user. Seats may be reassigned between individuals in accordance with your plan, but must not be used concurrently by multiple people.
• Credential security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

4. Exam and certificate integrity

The value of a Zentrum24 Academy completion certificate depends on the integrity of the exam process. Accordingly, you must not:

• share, publish, sell, or solicit the questions or answers to any module's 20-question examination, or maintain or distribute an "answer key" or exam dump;
• have another person take an exam on your behalf, or take an exam on behalf of another person;
• use unauthorized automated tools to complete modules or exams, or otherwise misrepresent who completed the training; or
• tamper with, falsify, or misrepresent completion records or certificates.

Certificates are issued on the basis that the named user personally completed the module and passed its examination. See our Certificate & Credential Disclaimer for what a certificate does and does not represent.

5. Intellectual property in the curriculum

The Zentrum24 Academy curriculum — its 188 modules across 10 disciplines, localized into 13 languages, together with all text, graphics, assessments, and other course materials — is the proprietary content of Zentrum24, LLC (or its licensors) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal or per-seat, non-transferable right to access and use the content for your own compliance training during your paid term. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not permit copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the content beyond that permitted use or as required by mandatory law.

6. Enforcement and consequences

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Depending on the severity, and subject to applicable law and your Terms of Service, we may: issue a warning; restrict, suspend, or terminate access to affected accounts or seats; invalidate certificates obtained through violation of Section 4; and, where appropriate, pursue other remedies available to us. Where practicable, we will use reasonable efforts to give notice, except where doing so would compromise the Service, other users, or an investigation, or where prohibited by law.
