Certificate & Credential Disclaimer
Last updated September 8, 2026
Effective date: 8 September 2026 | Last updated: 8 September 2026
This disclaimer explains what a Zentrum24 Academy certificate is, and — importantly — what it is not. Zentrum24 Academy is operated by Zentrum24, LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, and provides online, self-paced cGMP and sterile-pharmaceutical compliance e-learning. Please read this together with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. What a Zentrum24 Academy certificate is
A Zentrum24 Academy certificate is a completion certificate issued by Zentrum24. It is a record that:
- a named user completed a specific module (course completion certificate) or a full discipline (per-discipline completion certificate) within the Zentrum24 Academy library of 188 modules across 10 disciplines;
- that user passed the associated 20-question multiple-choice examination at the required passing threshold of 80%; and
- the completion is verifiable through the Zentrum24 Academy platform — each certificate carries a unique verification code and serial number, and can be checked by anyone at zentrum24.com/verify without signing in.
Any statement that our certificates are "industry-recognized" is intended to mean a recognizable, verifiable record of completion issued by Zentrum24 — one that an employer or auditor can identify and check. It is not a claim of accreditation, and should not be read as one.
2. What a Zentrum24 Academy certificate is not
A Zentrum24 Academy certificate is not:
- an accredited credential, degree, diploma, or academic qualification;
- a government, regulatory, or professional license, registration, or certification, and is not issued, endorsed, approved, or recognized by any government agency, regulatory authority (including the U.S. FDA, EMA, or any other competent authority), standards body, or accreditation organization;
- a guarantee that you, your training program, or your organization is compliant with any law, regulation, or standard (for example 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, or cGMP requirements); or
- by itself sufficient to satisfy any employer's, auditor's, or regulator's training-qualification requirement.
Zentrum24 has not obtained, and does not claim, any third-party accreditation, approval, or endorsement of its certificates or curriculum. If that ever changes, we will state the specific accreditation and accrediting body precisely.
3. Responsibility for training adequacy remains with the employer
Deciding whether a course, its content, and its assessment are adequate and appropriate for a particular role, task, or regulatory obligation — and whether completion satisfies a specific training requirement — is the responsibility of the employer or the individual, not Zentrum24 Academy. Regulated organizations remain responsible for qualifying, validating, and documenting their training programs within their own quality systems. Zentrum24 Academy is a training and record-keeping aid; it does not assume your compliance obligations and does not provide legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
4. Accuracy and revocation
Certificates are issued based on recorded completion and examination results. We may correct or revoke a certificate that was issued in error or obtained in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy (for example, through exam-integrity violations).
